These Terms and Conditions apply to the website located at www.charmie.ae (the “Site”), operated by Charmie, under the license of Aquamarine LLC, License Number 2116076.01, issued by the Authority of Sharjah Media City (SHAMS).
By accessing or using this Site, including browsing or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
1. Changes to Terms
Charmie reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the Site.
Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updates.
2. Prices, Currency & VAT
All prices displayed on the Site are shown exclusive of VAT.
Applicable VAT, taxes, or duties will be calculated and added at checkout depending on the country of delivery.
All transactions are processed in AED or USD, depending on your selection.
3. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:

- Apple Pay
- Tabby
- Bank transfer
All payments are subject to verification. Charmie reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction at its sole discretion.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- UAE: 3–5 business days
- International: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Charmie is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
For selected countries, taxes and duties are calculated and collected at checkout.
5. International Orders
We ship internationally to selected countries.
For international orders:
- Applicable duties and taxes may be charged at checkout or upon delivery
- Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations

7. Ownership & Risk
Ownership of products transfers to you once full payment has been received.
Risk of loss or damage transfers upon delivery to the provided address.
8. Product Information
We strive to ensure product descriptions are accurate.
Please note:
- Carat weight may vary by ±0.05ct
- Measurements may vary by ±0.25mm
- Minor variations may occur due to craftsmanship
For multi-stone jewellery, total carat weight and grading may be expressed as minimum or average values.
Charmie retains full rights to all jewellery designs, including custom pieces.
9. Product Availability
Product availability is subject to change without notice.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to offer alternatives or issue a refund.

10. Diamond Certificates
Diamonds of 1carats and above are provided with a grading certificate.
For returns:
- The certificate must be included
- Missing or damaged certificates will incur a $100 replacement fee
11. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
Charmie reserves the right to:
- Refuse service
- Cancel orders
- Suspend or terminate accounts
Users under 18 may only use the Site under parental supervision.
12. Orders, Approval & Cancellation
Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance.
Charmie reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject any order
- Cancel orders at any time
If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
13. Pricing Errors
In the event of pricing or typographical errors:
- Charmie reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders
- Customers will be notified and refunded if applicable
14. Fraud Prevention
Charmie reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

15. Ethical Sourcing
We source diamonds from reputable suppliers who adhere to ethical standards, ensuring they are conflict-free and responsibly sourced.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

17. Third-Party Links & Services

20. User Content
By submitting content (reviews, comments, etc.), you grant Charmie a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content.

By granting permission, you allow Charmie to use your social media content for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.

Charmie shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or logistics disruptions.
