Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- It must include all original packaging and tags
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, you will be provided with instructions on how to send your item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Important Notes
- We do not accept returns on international orders.
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@charmie.ae so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized products
- Made-to-order items
- Personalized items
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items.
If you would like a different item, you may:
- Request an exchange, subject to product availability, or
- Receive store credit to use on a future purchase

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing and for the refund to reflect
