Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on orders above AED 2,000.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed outside working hours will be processed on the next business day.

Orders are not shipped on the same day they are placed.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • UAE Orders:
    Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days
  • International Orders:
    Estimated delivery within 7–10 business days
  • Customized / Made-to-Order Items:
    Please allow up to 14 business days for production before dispatch (delivery time not included)

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to production timelines, courier services, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Charmie is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect shipping information.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

Please note:

  • Applicable taxes, customs duties, and import fees may apply depending on the destination country
  • In some countries, these charges are calculated and collected at checkout
  • In other cases, they may be collected by the courier prior to delivery

Charmie is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, import regulations, or local authorities.

All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

If a shipment is refused or unclaimed:

  • Any duties, taxes, penalties, or return shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund or charged to the customer

General Conditions

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery to the provided address
  • We reserve the right to delay or cancel shipments in cases of suspected fraud or verification issues
